Depart Nairobi and begin the scenic road trip along the escarpment of the Great Rift Valley to explore Lake Nakuru National Park. The woodlands and grasslands surrounding the lake are home to a rich variety of wildlife. You will have a picnic lunch in the park. Later you will proceed to Lake Elementaita for dinner and an overnight stay at the Sunbird Lodge.

After breakfast you will continue your safari to the world-famous Maasai Mara, arriving for lunch at Entumoto Safari Camp where we will stay for 2 nights (Full Board). Entumoto has wonderful areas to observe wildlife . The lodge also has a swimming pool. Late afternoon we will take a guided nature walk then return to the Camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Early morning we head into the Masai Mara National Reserve for game-viewing. We will look for a wide variety of Kenya’s animals – great and small – such as elephants, buffalo, giraffe and plains game and we will go in search of the big cats for which the Mara is famous for. Return to the Camp late morning. In the afternoon we take another game drive, later returning for dinner and overnight stay at Entumoto.

Early morning game drive hoping to catch the stunning sunrise as the animals wake up (if time is available). Back to the lodge for breakfast. Leave for Nairobi after breakfast. Drop off to the airport to catch your plane or to your Nairobi hotel or place of residence.
